Thank you. I have been working on being in the present when I play tennis. I focus on the ball to the exclusion of everything else. It makes time stand still at least for a moment.

Spring is here and with it changes, endings and new beginnings. I embrace the ethic of being in the now. It is a difficult operative to maintain sometimes. Then the gold bolt hits and now, takes over. I am in that very space now and thankful for it.
